  1. To move columns in the List View:

  3. 1. Click the column header that you want to move, and hold down the mouse button.
  4.  
  5. 2. Drag the column to the desired location. Notice that the column name becomes highlighted, and two vertical dotted lines represent the column's borders as you drag.

  7. 3. After dragging the column to the desired location, release the mouse button. The column appears in its new location.

  9. NOTE: When you move a column directly in the List View, Now Contact saves the new column order immediately in the List Layout so that you don't lose it when you switch to another Layout.
